Exchanges:
5MA Fashions ensures 100% Quality check. But still, if We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@5mafashions.com Replacement items in lieu of returned product would be shipped on the next dispatch subject to availability.
Unboxing video required. We recommend customers to maintain unpacking video recording for easy claim of exchange. In the absence of unpacking video recording, exchange request may be declined.
Kindly note that exchange policy is available only for the period of 3 days from the date of product delivery.
Shipping:
We usually dispatch most orders same evening or within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)
All orders received before 4pm on working days get dispatched the same evening. Orders received on Sundays and public holidays get shipped on the next working day before noon.
Our delivery partner would try to reach your package at the earliest possible.
Shipping returns:
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
